Please check ALL Demiliches spawn, all npcs that can summon a demilich and everything else

I just logged into the server and its frozen by a time stop!

yea, they're spammming time stop or something, cause the server was frozen for like 5 mins straight,

its frustating when we eagerly get from school or work and want to relieve stress with a bit of RP just fo find the server frozen x_X
